JDS Properties offer a service to developers or residential home owners who are undertaking renovation or development works. This service involves day to day liaising between architects, structural engineers, planning consultants etc. We assume the role of the client and act as if this was our own property.

We are currently advising developer clients regarding the feasibility of constructing 2 further floors to existing buildings under newly granted Permitted Development rights. Having started with structural engineers nearly 2 years ago, we have now been granted Permitted Development, at appeal, for 22 new homes in the London Borough of Barnet.
